James W. Ballsrud

Mr. Ballsrud joined Strategic Capital in March 2002 as Chief Financial Officer.  He is responsible for the accounting and operations activities of Strategic Capital. Jim has 34 years of commercial banking and bank holding company experience. He graduated with honors from the Illinois Bankers School and was President of the local chapter of the American Institute of Banking. Jim is active in the community and has taught several banking classes at Parkland College as well as serving as a member of the Parkland College Foundation Board of Directors. Jim received his B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.
