Mr. Wills joined the Strategic Capital organization in 1999, specializing in lending for Strategic Capital Bank. Steve has been in the commercial banking industry for over 28 years and in the Champaign-Urbana market exclusively for over 14 years. He strives to build and maintain personal relationships with his clients to provide a true relationship banking experience. Steve is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a B.A. in Mathematics.
