Certified Public Accountant, Strategic Capital Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Anderson joined Strategic Capital in December
2001. She specializes in all areas of taxation, including personal, corporate,
trust, partnership, estate, and gift tax, with special emphasis on estates
and trusts, personal service corporations, retirement planning, and tax
planning for the elderly. She also serves as Chief Compliance Officer
for Strategic Capital Trust Company, Internal Auditor for Strategic
Capital Bank, and Human Resources Manager for the Bank and Trust
Company. Ms. Anderson is active in many civic and charitable
organizations and is a member of several professional organizations, including
the American Institute of CPA's, Illinois CPA Society, American Women's
Society of Certified Public Accountants, Executive Club of Champaign County,
and the Eastern Illinois Estate Planning Council.
Loan Operations Officer, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. Ballinger has been with Strategic Capital since the
fall of 2000. She has 22 years experience in administrative and clerical
support positions. Eight of those years have been spent in the banking industry
in Champaign County, providing commercial and consumer loan documentation
and assisting clients with all their lending needs. She holds a one-year
certificate from Lake Land College in Mattoon and has taken several business
courses and seminars. She strives to promote and maintain good client relationships
through her positive attitude and exceptional client service.
Vice President, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. Graham joined Strategic Capital Bank in October 2002
as Vice President in the Retail Division. Mary Ann has over 27 years experience
in banking. Although her most recent experience has been in banking center
management and administration, her most enjoyable experience has been working
with customers. She enjoys serving as a consultative partner, helping clients
to anticipate and fulfill their financial goals. She attended Southern Illinois
University, successfully completed the College for Financial Planning Foundations
in Financial Planning Course and graduated with honors from the Illinois
Bankers School. Mary Ann is active in CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates
for Abused and Neglected Children) and First United Methodist Church of
Champaign.
Amy
McFarland Loan Operations Officer, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. McFarland joined Strategic Capital in summer 2001 as a specialist in bank operations. After working for more than four years in the loan department, she was recently promoted to Loan Operations Officer. Amy has worked in the banking industry since December 1994 in several capacities including customer service, bookkeeping, head teller and office manager. She graduated from Danville Area Community College with A.S. of business in 1998 and from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. of Finance in 2000.
Senior Vice President, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. Pihl joined Strategic Capital in 1999, bringing with
her 25 years of banking experience. Colleen is responsible for overseeing
the loan operations area of the bank and is also a lender with Strategic
Capital Bank. She received an Associates Degree from Parkland College and
has taken many banking courses through the American Institute of Banking.
Colleen volunteers her time for various fundraising activities in the Champaign-Urbana
area and is involved with teaching pre-school children at her local church.
Vice President and Cashier, Strategic Capital Bank Mr. Rhoades joined Strategic Capital in July 2002, as
an Assistant Vice President in the operations area. Kerry brings 9 years
of banking experience, in the Central Illinois and Chicago areas, to the
bank. He has held various positions including personal banking and was most
recently a branch manager with a local bank. Kerry graduated from Illinois
State University with a B.S. in Finance. He is a trustee of the Allerton
Public Library and a member of the United Methodist Church Finance Committee,
both in Monticello.
Operations Specialist, Strategic Capital Trust Company Ms. Ruedi joined Strategic Capital in March 2002, after relocating to the Champaign area from the Chicago suburbs. Rose brings to the Trust Company several years of experience in bookkeeping, management, and client relations. She is active in church, school, and community organizations, especially Misericordia.
Client Relations Manager, Strategic Capital Trust Company Ms. Saban joined Strategic Capital Bank in December 2003 and originally worked as an Administrative Assistant/Client Liaison in the bank. In September 2006, Jan joined the Trust Company as their Client Relations Manager working directly with the Advisors and the Trust Operations department to provide individual personal service to our clients. Jan also handles all of the marketing for Strategic Capital. Before joining Strategic Capital, Ms. Saban worked at Modern Electric with her husband. She has volunteered as a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, at Allerton Park assisting with the Holiday Showcase, and serving on the Community Advisory Board for Catholic Charities of Champaign and Piatt Counties where she chaired the Publicity and Public Relations Committee.
Trust Officer, Strategic Capital Trust Company Ms. Vollrath joined Strategic Capital in June of 1999 as an intern in Trust Operations while continuing her education at the University of Illinois. After being awarded a B.S., she joined Strategic Capital on a permanent basis. She has worked closely with our team of specialists to provide exceptional client service while gaining a thorough knowledge of the operations of the Trust Company. She as held positions as Operations Specialist, Assistant Trust Operations Officer, and was most recently promoted to Trust Officer after earning the Certified Securities Operations Professional designation. Ms. Vollrath currently manages the daily operations of the Trust Company, conducts investment analyses, and develops plans for wealth management. She has been very active in the community and currently volunteers at the Champaign County Crisis Nursery. She is also a member of the Eastern Illinois Estate Planning Council and Executive Club of Champaign County.
Customer Service Representative, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. Wranovics joined Strategic Capital Bank in April 2003 and serves as a Customer Service Representative in the retail division. Before coming to Strategic, Leslie served as office manager for a local business. At Strategic, she enjoys providing excellent service to her customers in all areas of retail banking. She has attended many banking seminars to improve her banking knowledge and to keep up-to-date with regulations. Ms. Wranovics is also very active in music ministry at her church.
Accountant, Strategic Capital Bank Ms. Lewin joined Strategic Capital in September of 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. Leslie previously worked for the Champaign school district, teaching 7th and 8th grade math and coaching cross country, track and field. Leslie received her Bachelor's Degree in Math Education from Illinois State University. She is currently enrolled in Accounting and Business courses and plans to pursue her MBA. Outside of work and study, Leslie is an avid runner who enjoys traveling with friends and family. Leslie's outgoing personality and attention to detail are assets which allow her to provide a very welcoming atmosphere, as well as, the ability to give her clients excellent customer service.
